Day of Event Coordinator Service

This service is designed for the DIY event planner.

• ALP will meet with you 2 times at the venue for planning.
• We will develop the timeline for your event day and direct so that everything runs smoothly.
• We will compile a complete list of your chosen vendors and contact them 2 days prior to the event to ensure continuity. At that time, we will give them the event time line and directions to the venue.
• This service provides only minimal assistance with set-up and cleanup.

Basic Event Planning

This package allows for the Pinterest lover in you to shine.

• ALP will provide assistance with tying together your great ideas to create a cohesive and beautiful event from start to finish.  
• We provide 4 planning meetings at the venue to ensure all aspects of the event have been fully covered.
• We help to develop a chosen vendors list.
• The vendors will also be contacted 2 days prior to the event to ensure every aspect runs smoothly.
• Our coordinator will direct the event from start to finish.
• With this package some assistance with set-up and cleanup will be provided.

Basic Event Planning

Full Service Event Coordinator

This this package, we do everything for you. If you are looking for a stress free event, this is the package for you.

• ALP will cover all of your wedding needs from start to finish.
• Our coordinator will be at your beck and call for planning from invitation to dress selection and everything in between.
• You will have unlimited access to planning meetings and assistance with choosing vendors.
• ALP will help to fully develop your event theme and scope and provide the expertise needed to execute your production flawlessly.
